Property Description

HUGE PRICE REDUCTION ON THIS LOT. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION This private lot is about as close to nature as you can get. Listen to the hoot of the Great Horned Owls in the trees, watch the beautiful Bald Eagles fly over or occasionally setting in your trees. This lot has nothing behind you except for trees & wildlife and as mentioned lots of privacy. No better place to build your dream home. The land to the rear is all owned by the community and has a small winding creek in the rear with a walking/golf cart path. The path leads into the community park where they have monthly potlucks where you can go to meet your neighbors have a beer and socialize if you care to. Burnt Store Lakes is a deed restricted community that's filled with mostly custom-built homes. The community also has a canoe and kayak launch ramp. Have a canoe/kayak or even a small johnboat you will have access to a small canal that will lead you out to Charlotte Harbor. The neighborhood is known for its 11 lakes. The lakes are filled with fish, lots of beautiful birds and occasionally a blue crab or more. I can't say anything bad about the neighborhood after living here since 2006. Fishing in the lakes are allowed for residents and their guests and catch, and release is encouraged. Small boats are allowed in our lakes but with electric motors only, NO GAS-POWERED BOATS. Please call me if you have any questions about the community of the areas surrounding the Burnt Store area.
